What Our Promise Actually Means
If something we fixed stops working within 90 days, you call us, we come back, and we make it right - no charge, no paperwork, no argument. That is the whole promise in one sentence.
The 90-Day Done Right Promise is not a warranty card you have to locate or a claim form you have to fill out. It is a written commitment that lives on your invoice the moment we finish the job. You are entitled to a working gate for 90 days after our technician drives off your property. If you don’t have that, you have not gotten what you paid for, and we know it.
What you have to do to invoke it: call us. That is it. A live person answers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You tell them what is wrong, and we handle everything from there. No escalations, no “that’s not covered,” no supervisor who needs to call you back on Tuesday. The Keystone Standard does not come with hoops.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck shop is great until the owner is on another job, or on vacation, or just doesn’t answer on a Sunday evening. That’s not a knock on small operators; it’s a structural limitation. When you’re dealing with a gate that won’t open and your car is on the wrong side of it, structural limitations matter.
Ironworks Gate Co. operates with local crews across 32 states, and every one of those crews is dispatched from a live operations center that is staffed around the clock. When you call (833) 754-7503 at 10 p.m. on a Saturday, a real person picks up, looks at crew availability in your area, and gets you on the schedule. On a genuine emergency, we aim to have a technician on your property within four hours. Most non-emergency repairs get booked the same day or the next.
Our vehicles are stocked for the jobs we actually see most often. That is not an accident; it is a supply decision made deliberately so that one visit handles the job. We are certified to service nine gate-automation brands - LiftMaster, FAAC, BFT, Linear, Viking, Ghost Controls, DoorKing, Elite, and Mighty Mule - because showing up with the right parts for the wrong brand costs everyone time neither of us wants to waste.
How We Make It Right
You Tell Us
Call (833) 754-7503 any time of day or night and tell the person who answers what is not working. You don’t need your invoice number, a case number, or a detailed description of the original repair. “The gate is doing the same thing again” is enough to get us moving. That call starts the clock.
We Come Back Out
A technician returns to your property - same crew when scheduling allows, a qualified tech either way. There is no diagnostic fee, no trip charge, and no paperwork waiting for you on the other side of the door. The 90-Day Done Right Promise covers the return visit the same way it covered the first one.
We Fix It
The technician assesses what is wrong and corrects it. If the original repair missed something, we own that. If a part failed within the 90-day window, we replace it. We work in your home the way we would work in our own mother’s house - meaning we don’t leave until the gate closes the way a gate is supposed to close.
You Sign Off
Before we leave, we walk you through what was done. If you are satisfied, we call it complete. If something still isn’t right, we stay until it is or we schedule a follow-up within a window that works for you. Your sign-off means the job is done, not ours.
What Stands Behind the Promise
A guarantee is only as strong as the people and systems that have to honor it. Here is what sits behind ours.
Every Ironworks technician is background-checked before they step onto your property, and they show up in uniform. That is not optional, and it is not something we cut when we are busy. The K.E.Y.S. values code that guides every technician spells it out plainly: Krafted right means trained, proper materials, no shortcuts; Every time means the 400th job gets the care of the first; Your home first means we treat your property with the same respect we would expect in our own family’s; Standing behind it means the guarantee is not a slogan.
Pricing is settled before a single bolt is turned. You receive a written estimate, you approve it, and the final number on your invoice matches what you agreed to. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. One job, one price, confirmed in writing upfront. That is the only pricing mechanism we use, and we think that is the right way to do business with someone who has been in their house twenty years and plans to stay.
Ironworks Gate Co. has been part of the Keystone family since our founding in 1984 — a company built on the premise that if you plan to be in a community for another forty years, you act like it on every job. The family stands behind the brand. The brand stands behind the crew that shows up at your gate.
Ask Us to Prove It
The best way to understand what a guarantee is worth is to work with someone and watch them honor it. Call (833) 754-7503 any time — a live person will answer — or book online. The full terms of the 90-Day Done Right Promise are available on our Terms page. We’re happy to answer any question before you schedule.
